Enhanced Experience with Bug Fixes and Feature Boost

In the latest update of Daytona (version 0.36.0), we have made important bug fixes and introduced new features to enhance your development experience. To eliminate any confusion, we have removed duplicate environment variables from the chart. The workspace supervisor now applies environment variables in the correct order by default.

We have also included the project directory in the environment variable DAYTONA_WS_PROJECT_ROOT, ensuring smooth operations. In addition, the workspace supervisor now updates the development environment with the WS_DEFAULT_CONTAINER_USER.

To further improve functionality, the workspace volume initialization job now formats the volume device before use, specifically for non-sysbox runtimes. As for new features, we have introduced the extension state API in the workspace supervisor. Stay tuned for more updates!
